Saturday: 9:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm | The workshop is for students that would like to take Performing Arts a little bit more seriously.
We audition students in February evry year.
The students must take one main stream class and one Ballet class then do the 2 1/2 hour workshop class every Saturday. This class consists of a stretch and warm up, a choreography class and ballet technique.
We also have master classes with guest teachers throughout the year.
The students taking part in the workshop can then be selected to be part of our public performance groups, Dance Troupes for competitions or for the Senior Students corporate events.
There are no guarantees that the students will perform. The students that represent Just Jazz must be at an extremely high standard so students don't perform until they have reached this level. We do guarantee they will certainly improve their technique and performance skills if they put in the effort every week. In most cases the students who are committed and put in the effort get to perform.
